Main Electric Rehabilitates Catenary System at TTC
Main Electric rehabilitated the catenary system at Pueblo, Colorado’s Transportation Technology Center test track to prepare for testing of Amtrak’s new Acela fleet, scheduled to enter service on the Northeast Corridor (NEC) in 2021. High-speed testing at the Transportation Technology Center of the Acela prototype completed a milestone by traveling at speeds up to 165 mph.
